Spa Boutique Staff Favorites for November 2012

It’s that time again! Here are the newest products that our staff members have tested, loved, and given the stamp of approval:

Yonka Stimulastine Jour & Stimulastine Nuit

Rebekah (esthetician & store supervisor) loves this new anti-aging duo from Yonka because it’s super hydrating and it leaves her skin looking clear, healthy, and calm.  She also loves that it works great at smoothing out dehydration and expression lines.

Redken Color Extend Shampoo & Conditioner

Deigh-Anna (marketing supervisor) seriously can’t get enough of this shampoo and conditioner!  She says that it leaves her hair feeling really silky and smooth.  She adds that her hair is easy to comb when wet and has no tangles. Another great thing is that it smells amazing (light & fruity)!

Seaflora Sea Therapy Refining Face Polish

Parmit (brand merchandiser) chose this awesome marine-based exfoliator because it’s gentle enough for her sensitive skin, but effective in reducing her pore size and oiliness.  She says that a little bit goes a long way and her skin actually looked brighter after just one week!  She also loves that is sourced from organic seaweed right here in BC!

Guinot Creme 888 Anti-Wrinkle Rich Night Cream

Annie (senior merchandiser) says that this is the secret to her skincare routine!  It gives her beautiful soft skin even in the middle of dry winters!

Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser

Nancy (Spa Boutique owner) is loving this cleanser because the glycolic acid gently exfoliates to smooth and brighten the skin.  It’s basically a 2 in 1 cleanser and exfoliator which is great for saving time!

Comfort Zone Renight Cream

Leanne (HR program manager) chose this night cream because it nourishes and rejuvenates her skin after a long summer of sun and dry weather.  She adds that at 35 the aging process has stared and she really notices the difference this cream has made.

GM Collin Hand and Nail Repair Cream

Shirley (esthetician) says that this is a must for dry hands and cuticles!  It is not greasy and leaves her hands feeling soft and her cuticles are less dry and cracked.  She keeps it in her purse and uses it every time she washes her hands!

Spa Binge Organics Natural Vanilla Cocoa line

I (Shawna – esthetician & beauty blogger) absolutely love this whole line! The products smell like fresh chocolate cake and when I use the Body Shea Rich Cream the subtle scent stays all day! These are definitely the best body products I have ever used.  If you aren’t a chocolate fan, go for the Rare White Grapefruit – it smells amazing too!

Rebekah, our esthetician & store supervisor, is addicted to this booster because of its high concentration of hyaluronic acid which perfectly hydrates her skin and smoothes & minimizes fine lines!

Tigi Bed Head Let’s Get Tropical Coconut Banana Exfoliating Body Buff

Doesn’t the name just say enough? This is our customer service rep. Emily‘s fave product right now because she says it smells like a tropical island paradise, which is a perfect mini summer getaway, even if you only get to experience it for a few moments in the shower!

 

Guinot Masque Energie Lift: Energizing Lifting Mask

Our merchandiser, Annie, says the smell of this mask is so refreshing! It really brightens her complexion and firms her skin.  Sometimes she leaves the mask on overnight if she really needs a boost!

Eminence Organic Blueberry Shimmer Body Lotion

Sonya, esthetician, is loving how this body lotion gives her a beautiful glow, moisturizes her skin and it smells great!

VivierSkin C E Peptides

Shawna (aka me), esthetician/blogger, is seriously in love with this amazing serum! I almost died when I forgot to bring it on vacation last week! It gives my skin a healthy glow with nice, even tone and it makes my skin feel firm and smooth.  It contains top grade Vitamin C and it’s made right here in Canada.  VivierSkin has definitely become one of my favorite brands of all time!

Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment

Our manager & esthetician Natasha picks the Macadamia Healing Oil treatment because she just loves how it makes her hair feel nice and silky!
