How to Fix and Restore sun-damaged, aging skin

 

The manner in which skin ages is a result of heredity and environment. Sunlight is the most significant of the environmental factors. Sun damaged skin has a thickened stratum corneum (outer layer), a thinner and atrophic epidermis, dark spots and irregular collagen and elastin fibers (wrinkles).
